1. Who processes the data (controller)
The controller of personal data is ESD floor s.r.o., Company ID 28820428, VAT ID CZ28820428, registered office at Prachovice 52, 530 02 Dašice, Czech Republic. Contact for personal data matters: [email protected], tel. +420 730 157 777.
2. What data we process
We process only the data you enter yourself in the request form or send us by email: full name, company name, email, phone, request type and a description of your situation. The website uses no cookies, does not measure traffic and works with no third-party tools, so we collect no other data about you automatically.
3. Why we process the data and on what basis
We process the data from your request solely so that we can contact you, assess the request and prepare a quotation or a recommendation on how to proceed. The legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. We do not use the data for marketing communications or profiling.
4. Who we share the data with
We do not pass the data on for commercial purposes. To run the website and deliver your request we use technical processors: delivery of requests is handled by the European email service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) with data stored in the EU; the website runs on the Cloudflare platform, whose servers process the request within a network that can be operated with EU localisation. We have data processing agreements under the GDPR in place with both processors. We may disclose the data to public authorities where required by law.
5. How long we keep the data
We keep the data from your request for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and then for as long as necessary for any follow-up negotiation or the defence of legal claims, but no longer than 3 years from the last communication. After that we delete it. Documents we are required to keep by law (e.g. tax records) are archived for the statutory period.
6. How the data is secured
The website runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to incoming requests is limited to a small group of people. We have no visitor accounts or passwords, we store no payment details, and the website has no externally accessible administration interface.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing [email protected]. If you believe we are handling your data in breach of the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
